Alice trained as a ballet dancer at the Northern Ballet School. She studied drama in New York at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre. Alice enjoyed the immense privilege of working for Alexander Payne at his award-winning production company, Ad Hominem Enterprises. She later joined producer Rob Carliner (Crazy Heart) at The Firm to develop independent features such as Robert Duvall's One Night in Old Mexico. Following this, she was a development executive for Stewart Till, CBE at independent TV studio Sonar Entertainment (Taboo,The Son, The Shannara Chronicles). Alice is now developing several female-led feature projects for international.
